About Krishna Gaadi Paadi Fund
Fighting injustice, one case at a time
Krishna Gaadi Paadi Fund (KGF) exists to provide legal assistance and support to villagers and marginalized communities who face persecution, injustice, and exploitation. We believe that access to justice should not be a privilege reserved for the wealthy—it's a fundamental right for all.
Through our work, we aim to empower individuals to stand up against corruption, land grabs, police misconduct, financial fraud, and other forms of oppression. We provide documentation support, legal guidance, and when necessary, direct representation.
In Telugu, Paadi means "dairy" or "cattle." The name Krishna Gaadi Paadi (Krishna's Cattle) is a common naming pattern among Telugu people, especially in rural communities where cattle and dairy farming are woven into the fabric of daily life. This name isn't an abstraction—it speaks directly to the people we serve, in a language they know, reflecting a reality they live.
We stand with farmers, laborers, and families facing land disputes, financial exploitation, and systemic oppression. This is not charity. This is justice work.
Our commitment is non-negotiable. Whether a case takes months or years, whether it involves powerful opponents or entrenched bureaucracies, we do not walk away. We document every injustice, fight every denial, and pursue every avenue until our people get what they're owed.
The name reminds us that our work is rooted in the values of care, protection, and unwavering commitment to those who have been marginalized or forgotten by traditional systems. Just as cattle are tended with vigilance and dedication, we tend to the rights and dignity of those who have been denied both for far too long.
Our Core Values
Every case published on KGF meets rigorous documentation standards designed to ensure truth defense under Indian law. We operate under the principle that truthful statements made in good faith on matters of public interest are protected speech.
Our Documentation Standards Include:
- Notarized affidavits from complainants sworn under oath
- Minimum 3 supporting documents (land records, police complaints, witness statements)
- Staff verification and identity confirmation before publication
- SHA-256 checksums for cryptographic evidence verification
- Immutable audit logs preserving complete case timeline
We frame all allegations using legally appropriate "alleged" language, provide prominent right-to-reply mechanisms, and maintain transparent evidence displays on every published case.
- We are not a law firm: KGF is a community assistance organization. We provide documentation help and connect you with lawyers when needed.
- We cannot guarantee outcomes: Legal processes are complex and every case is unique. We provide support, not guaranteed results.
- We don't accept all cases: We assess each complaint for merit and resource availability. Not all cases may fall within our scope.
- We don't provide instant solutions: Legal processes take time. We commit to steady progress, not overnight miracles.
KGF is governed by a committee of community leaders, legal advisors, and social activists who are deeply committed to justice and equity. Our decisions are made transparently, with full documentation.
Team members include experienced paralegals, case managers, and volunteer lawyers who donate their time to help those who cannot afford legal representation.
